My client is a leading aircraft leasing platform that is recruiting an experienced HR Director to lead people operations across its global offices.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on succession planning, workforce strategy, and organisational culture.
* Keep leadership aligned on people-related matters, ensuring employee impact is factored into all key decisions.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, development, and exits.
* Lead on performance frameworks, employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary matters across jurisdictions.
* Develop and monitor the annual HR budget and global headcount planning.
* Drive learning and development programmes to support talent growth and capability building.
* Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building activities across offices.
* Oversee payroll processing for a number of regions.
* Manage benefits programmes and ensure reward structures remain competitive and compliant.
* Maintain strong compliance with employment laws, adapting HR policies in line with best practice and legislative updates.
* Provide leadership and take responsibility for Dublin office operations.
Requirements:
* Proven HR leadership in aviation, aircraft leasing, or a related sector.
* Strong knowledge of Irish labour law and global employment practices.
* Experience managing international payroll, performance processes, and employee engagement.
* Self-driven and highly organised, comfortable working independently across multiple time zones and under time pressure.
* Open to some international travel.
