Responsibilities
Coordinate MEP packages (mechanical & electrical) across site and off-site fabrication activities
Manage and track subcontractor works to ensure delivery in line with programme milestones
Review drawings, specifications, and BIM models to ensure buildability and compliance
Raise and close RFIs and technical queries in collaboration with design and engineering teams
Monitor installation progress, identify risks, and escalate delays impacting schedule
Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspection sign-offs
Interface with CSA, commissioning, and client teams to ensure smooth integration of services
Support pre-commissioning, testing, snagging, and system handover
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and logistics aligned with construction schedule
Qualifications
Proven experience in large-scale construction projects (data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical environments desirable)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Commercial awareness and programme delivery expertise
Commitment to the highest standards of quality and safety
