This is a key position that will work across multiple Circit Teams.
As a Technical Onboarding Specialist at Circit, you will work within the product team to help drive the success of our SaaS products.
You will assist in the implementation and support of some key technical components of our product as well as defining, designing, and delivering features that enhance the value and usability of our software.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of template migration and configuration for new audit firm clients onboarding to the Circit platform
Work closely with Customer Success Managers and external audit companies to understand their template requirements and ensure smooth onboarding
Convert client templates into platform-compatible formats using Adobe Acrobat and JSON
Build, test, and validate templates on the platform in collaboration with internal stakeholders before deployment to external customers
Manage multiple template migration projects with tight turnaround times, prioritizing effectively to meet onboarding deadlines
Debug and troubleshoot issues related to template functionality, Adobe integration, JSON configuration, and platform behaviour
Investigate platform issues using application logs and SQL database queries to identify root causes and solutions
Respond to customer-reported template issues and manage tracking, communication, and resolution
Collaborate with the product team to identify and document template management improvements and feature requirements
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline template migration processes and introduce automation where possible
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, or related field
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, particularly PDF form preparation and manipulation
Strong working knowledge of JSON
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with external clients
Bonus
SQL database querying experience
Experience reviewing application logs and system diagnostics
Understanding of the financial audit process and audit confirmation workflows
Experience in a customer-facing technical role or implementation position
