Job Description
DURTY NELLY'S, Bunratty East, Bunratty, Co. Clare, V95 Y521, Clare Taverns Unlimited Company trading as Durty Nelly's is looking for a full‑time Chef de Partie to join our team. Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes; monitoring food and waste control; ensuring food hygiene. Must be HACCP trained.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience, be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and meet high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
Salary: €34,000 per year. Hours: 39h per week. Location: Bunratty, Co Clare, V95Y521, Ireland.
