The Role
Conceiving, building, and releasing polished functionality across a large-scale, distributed financial platform
Evaluating and embedding forward-looking technologies that replace ageing components
Leveraging AI-native development tooling to move faster and think sharper
Lifting the capability of less experienced engineers while carving your own path to tech lead
Skills / Experience Required
4+ years of production-grade C# and .NET development
Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS strongly preferred
Deep comfort with SQL and the principles that make relational databases perform
A track record of working within CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices
Real exposure to event‑driven systems — Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ServiceBus
Frontend experience welcomed; React knowledge is a genuine differentiator
