**Purchasing Administrator Role Description**
Are you an experienced professional seeking a challenging position in purchasing or administration? Our organization is looking for a skilled individual to manage the flow of equipment, materials, and information across our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient sourcing and procurement processes. Key duties include:
1. Sourcing & Purchasing: Requesting and comparing supplier quotes, ordering equipment and software.
2. Supplier Management: Registering suppliers, coordinating deliveries with couriers.
3. Accounts & Administration: Checking accounts on Opera to ensure terms are met before dispatch.
You'll have strong communication skills and be able to negotiate effectively with suppliers. Proficiency in Excel is required as well as experience working with internal systems. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving is essential for this role.
