A high-growth, international technology business is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join its senior finance team at the Dublin headquarters. This role reports directly to the CFO and will lead the group's financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance across multiple global entities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing finance operations across borders. This is a strategic role offering exposure to ERP systems, investor reporting, and business planning activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly group consolidations and financial reporting Oversee statutory accounts and year-end audit processes Manage international finance teams and ensure compliance across jurisdictions Drive forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting Coordinate tax and regulatory filings globally Support ERP improvement projects and finance system integrations Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic finance initiatives Key Requirements: Qualified Accountant with 10+ years' post-qualification experience Strong experience in group reporting, consolidations, and audit International finance or multi-entity background ERP system experience (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement ability Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Dublin with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
