We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Head Chef and working within the kitchen team, applicants will be able to provide our guests with food cooked to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities;
To ensure that food preparation and food offering are consistently delivered to a high standard.
To assist in the management of HACCP.
To assist the Head Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
To ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion as instructed by the Head Chef.
