Financial Services Professional
This role involves working with a client base to deliver excellent customer service and identify potential sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will join a team of experienced executives and thrive in a fast-paced environment that values quality and sales orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality service to an existing customer base through inbound and outbound calls.
* Review the existing customer base to identify financial services needs.
* Persuade prospective clients to engage in phone conversations or meetings to discuss their financial requirements.
* Identify business development opportunities within the existing customer base.
* Offer advice and assistance to customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
* Promote sales of protection products to the existing client base, with a view to developing other product offerings as the opportunity arises.
Manage referrals between teams, oversee group pension and risk schemes, and contribute to campaigns. Play a proactive role in developing the Financial Services Hub.
Qualifications include being at least QFA qualified, having a good knowledge of life and protection insurance products, and having worked in the industry for at least twelve months. Excellent organisational and communication skills are also required.
Target-driven individuals who can work under pressure and demonstrate a willingness to learn and succeed are highly desirable.
