About the Role
A leading property company is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their dynamic, design-led team.
You'll lead end-to-end campaigns across digital and traditional channels, manage budgets, optimise performance, coordinate campaign assets, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
You will also support new business proposals and award submissions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver campaigns across digital, social, print, and events, ensuring brand consistency and ROI.
Manage budgets, POs, invoices, and supplier costs.
Coordinate creation of marketing assets, including brochures, signage, listings, and digital content.
Optimise digital channels: websites, landing pages, email/CRM campaigns, social media, SEO, and property portals.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, Directors, clients, and external partners.
Support proposals for new business and award submissions with case studies and visuals.
About You
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
2+ years marketing experience, ideally in property or consumer-focused campaigns.
Strong project management and multitasking skills; thrives under pressure.
Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, Google Analytics, and paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Experience with property platforms and CRMs (REAPIT, MyHome.ie, Daft.ie) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
