We're looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Dún Laoghaire.This full-time role is on-site and part of our 4-day working week.You'll work across two exciting Irish beauty brands:Waxperts the award-winning professional waxing brandYour Skin Stuff our growing preteen brandWhat You'll Be Working On* Create and edit engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, and our websites, using tools like Canva, Adobe, and CapCut.* Spot trends and jump on them quickly, bringing fresh, creative ways to showcase our products and brand personality.* Confidently feature in content yourself from TikToks/Reels and unboxings to product demos and fun brand videos.* Drive TikTok Shop activity by producing content that supports product discovery and sales.* Collaborate with influencers and brand partners, from outreach to building long-term relationships.* Engage with our community online, responding to followers, encouraging conversations, and building loyalty.* Maintain and organise a content calendar to keep everything on track.* Work with our digital marketing agency to monitor performance, analyse results, and share insights to help shape future strategy.* Support photoshoots, video productions and in person events.What We're Looking For* A creative storyteller with a genuine passion for social media and an eye for trends.* Experience in content creation and editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).* Confident on camera and comfortable bringing ideas to life.* Previous experience in a retail, beauty, or consumer brand environment.* Understanding of community management and how to build authentic engagement.* Organised and proactive* Open to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI video editors) to support creative work.* A real interest in skincare, beauty, and self-care trends, you get what excites our audience because it excites you too.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing team and Irish beauty brands.Freedom to experiment with creative ideas and put your stamp on our digital channels.Collaborate with beauty influencers and creators.A supportive, creative team culture, with a 4-day working week to give you better balance.Salary experience dependent.To apply, send your CV and examples of your work/portfolio to Job Types: Full-time, GraduatePay: From €27,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
