The role involves hands-on coordination of stock, logistics, and volunteers, and requires strong organisational skills and a practical, can-do attitude.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive, organise, and distribute gifts and donations for COPE Galway clients.Coordinate packing and delivery of hampers and gifs.Manage and support corporate and community volunteer groups assisting with Christmas Appeal activities.Maintain the stockroom and training room area in an organised, safe, and efficient condition.Assist with scheduling volunteer groups and delivery runs.Carry out local deliveries of gifts or supplies as required (full driving licence essential).Support a positive, welcoming, and safe environment for all volunteers and donors.Experience & Core CompetenciesFull clean driving licence and ability to carry out local deliveries.Strong organisational and communication skills.Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience supervising volunteers or working in logistics/stockroom settings an advantage.Key Terms and ConditionsContract Period: Fixed Term Part Time Contract 1 December 23 December 2025Salary: €28,612 per annum pro rataMethod of Pay: MonthlyHours: 25 per weekEqual Opportunity EmployerCOPE Galway is an equal opportunity employer.
