Regional Sales Manager – Cork
Location: Cork
Reporting To: Regional Director
Department: Sales & Operations
Are you a driven leader with a passion for people, performance, and customer success? We're looking for a Regional Manager to take full ownership of a high-performing area and be the key driver of commercial results, operational excellence, and safety standards.

Responsibilities
13. Deliver Growth: Take full accountability for meeting and exceeding revenue targets across your region.
14. Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire and develop the branch to operate efficiently and deliver customer excellence.
15. Control Costs Smartly: Manage budgets, branch-level costs, and rota planning to maximize profitability.
16. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Engage directly with key customers, boosting spend and growing long-term partnerships.
17. Drive Commercial Excellence: Support the branch with pricing strategy, project bids, and profitable customer proposals.
18. Uplift Operational Standards: Ensure product readiness, safety compliance, and seamless branch performance.
19. Champion Safety: Create a safety-first culture, ensuring the branch follows best practices and processes.
20. Elevate People Performance: Coach, mentor, and lead performance reviews to develop a skilled and motivated workforce.
21. Enhance Processes: Ensure full compliance with operational policies, stock controls, and internal audit standards.
22. Collaborate Cross-Regionally: Be a team player, supporting broader company goals and sharing best practices across regions
Key requirements
23. Proven experience in a senior sales or operations leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
24. Experience within construction/construction hire a distinct advantage and preferred.
25. A track record of delivering strong commercial results and profitable growth.
26. Exceptional financial and cost management capability.
27. Skilled in team leadership, performance development, and rota/scheduling planning.
28. Strong communicator who builds trust with both customers and internal teams.
29. Passionate about customer success and delivering a standout service.
30. Solid understanding of compliance, health & safety, and operational best practice.
