Location: Little Island, Cork
* Manage a portfolio of payroll clients with varying pay frequencies
* Process and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Handle statutory obligations including PAYE, PRSI, USC, and pension reporting
* Act as the main point of contact for client payroll queries, delivering exceptional service
* Manual calculations of payments and deductions
* Ad-hoc payroll analysis and reports as required
Key attributes:
* Ability to quickly and effectively become familiar with our payroll software and procedures
* A willingness to learn new tasks, be open to change and demonstrate a level of flexibility and collaboration with various stakeholders
* An ability to work on own initiative and part of a team
* Experience of working to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
Key requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 2+ years’ payroll experience
* IPASS certified or In process of certifying
* Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* Experience of Payroll systems essential (Collsoft experience preferable)
