This is a day rate contractposition located with our client in Dublin 1.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.This is a fully on-siterole.We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications / Telephony Engineer to lead a critical migration project from CISCO (Jabber) to Microsoft Teams Cloud Telephony.This role requires deep expertise across both CISCO and Microsoft ecosystems.What Youll Be Doing Leading an initial pilot migrating both the IT Service Desk and State Claims Agents desk from CISCO to Microsoft Teams.Assisting in the management and support of 70+ conference rooms.Building out the Microsoft Teams Cloud telephony infrastructure (tenant access in place, but environment not yet built).Supporting and stabilising legacy CISCO systems, including Session Border Controllers and ensuring HA (High Availability) validation.Overseeing telephony-related Disaster Recovery planning and implementation.Addressing urgent issues with Expressway gateways, which are approaching end-of-life.What Were Looking For Strong hands-on experience with both CISCO telephony and Microsoft Teams Voice.Proven background working with SBCs, telephony migrations, and enterprise voice.Senior-level engineer or consultant capable of defining the roadmap and best-practice implementation.Ability to work onsite full-time and take ownership from day one.Ref: EBT7809 Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.eir evo talent, eir evo and our clients are equal opportunity employers who seeks to recruit and appoint the best available person for a job regardless of marital / civil partnership status, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, belief, race, nationality and ethnic or national origin, colour, sexual orientation or disability.
