Residential Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our residential care service for young people. This is a fulfilling opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in a young person's life through trauma-informed care and community support.
The role involves a combination of shifts, including day shifts, 24-hour shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support in a residential care setting, assisting with personal care, meals, transport, and activities, and supporting young people in educational and recreational routines.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and team-working abilities, as well as a flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings and weekends. A full clean manual driving licence is also essential.
We offer ongoing training and continuous professional development (CPD), career progression opportunities within a growing organisation, and support towards completing a Level 7 Social Care qualification. We also provide access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for wellbeing support. Our commitment to delivering high-quality care means that we can offer you a rewarding and purpose-driven work environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. If you have a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and are committed to delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.
