Your main responsibilities as a Concierge will include assisting guests with their overall experience, including resort itineraries, dining and activity recommendations, and ensuring our valued guests have everything they need during their stay on the Ashford Estate.

What are we looking for in a Concierge?
* Previous experience in a similar role at a 5-star property is desirable
* Proficiency with admin tasks and PC experience, as the role involves reaching out to guests pre- and post-stay
* A polite and professional attitude at all times
* Excellent team player with enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
* Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, late afternoons, and weekends
