In Singapore, Netpluz operates a hybrid go-to-market model combining direct enterprise sales and a strong channel ecosystem.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Sales Executive/Account Manager to drive Netpluz’s direct managed services revenue in Singapore. This role is designed as an 80% hunting and 20% farming position.The primary focus (80%) is net-new customer acquisition. The secondary focus (20%) is to grow and expand a limited set of assigned direct customers through cross-sell and upsell of additional managed services.This role sells the full Netpluz managed services portfolio, using cybersecurity services (VAPT and MSOC) as key entry offerings, while expanding customers into connectivity, cloud, infrastructure, and other managed services.This role does NOT manage partner-owned accounts and must operate with strict respect for channel deal registration and account ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesHunting (80%)Prospect, identify, and acquire new direct customers for Netpluz managed servicesOwn the full new‑business sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closeBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of net-new opportunitiesTarget mid‑market, enterprise, and regulated customersLead with cybersecurity offerings (VAPT, MSOC) to open doorsFarming (20%)Manage and grow a small portfolio of Netpluz-owned direct customersUpsell and cross‑sell additional managed services (MSOC, connectivity, cloud, infrastructure)Build long‑term customer relationships and increase account valueIdentify expansion opportunities and renewalsGeneral ResponsibilitiesEngage C‑level, IT, security, and infrastructure stakeholdersPosition managed services as long‑term, recurring solutionsWork with pre‑sales and delivery teams to scope and onboard servicesCoordinate with Channel Sales to avoid account conflict and support co‑sell motions when appropriateMaintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecastsRequirements2-3 years experience in B2B technology or managed services salesProven record in new‑business hunting with some account management experienceExperience selling managed services or subscription‑based offeringsComfortable with outbound prospecting and cold engagementStrong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience selling cybersecurity, MSP, MSSP, cloud, or connectivity servicesFamiliarity with Singapore enterprise or regulated industriesExisting network of IT, security, or infrastructure decision makersCompensation & Career GrowthCompetitive base salary with uncapped commissionCommission plan weighted towards new logo acquisition, with incentives for account expansionClear path to Senior Sales or Enterprise Account roles as Netpluz scalesExposure to regional and strategic managed services projects
