The ideal candidate must:

* Possess a valid and unblemished driver's license, with full access to a vehicle being essential.
* Exhibit a caring and kind demeanor, embracing a person-centered approach when interacting with clients.
* Hold a relevant qualification in Healthcare Support or be open to working towards obtaining one with the support of Oasis Group.
* Showcase effective communication and practical skills.
* While experience in a health or social care setting is desirable, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
* Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
* Assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being of clients.
