Throughout our transformation journey within Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO), we focus on building a customer-centric organization that prioritizes safety, quality, service, cost, inventories, and talent. To support our growth ambitions in the Life Science business, we are optimizing our operations for reliability and efficiency. The new ISCO structure emphasizes Operational Excellence, now called ISCO Excellence, which aims to enhance capabilities, execution, and governance across our business.
Preferred locations: Cork – Ireland, Irvine – UK, Darmstadt – Germany, Molsheim – France
Average travel requirements: 50% (up to 70% during critical deployment phases), with options for home office when not traveling
Role overview: As the Life Science Production System (LSPS) Regional Deployment Lead, you act as a change agent for implementing the Production System at manufacturing sites and distribution centers. You contribute to aligning the LSPS deployment master plan across the supply chain and operations. You lead deployment activities, ensuring progress and capability building to enable local teams to continue LSPS deployment independently.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Site preparation, change management, and communication activities
2. Kick-off and Training Bootcamp facilitation
3. Diagnostics and LSPS maturity assessment, followed by prioritization of elements and tactical improvements
4. Defining and implementing Tactical Improvement Plans, including capabilities building
5. Supporting continuous improvement and expansion plans for LSPS at each site
You coach and support sites for autonomous deployment, sustainment, and ongoing improvement. You also help define and improve LSPS standard elements, maturity assessments, and training modules based on benchmarking and best practices.
Who you are:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
* Extensive experience in operations, QA/QC, process engineering/maintenance, supply chain, or operational excellence
* Proven track record in implementing impactful improvement initiatives with strong change management skills
* Experience with production systems deployment preferred
* Lean Six Sigma and project management experience
* Preferred qualifications include regional cultural experience, strategic focus, influential communication skills, coaching and mentoring abilities, and change leadership without direct authority
* Shingo experience and Black Belt accreditation are advantageous
