We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Python, Azure Functions, and Generative AI to drive the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native AI solutions. You'll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding teams from architecture through production.
What You'll Do
* Lead architecture and delivery of AI-powered full-stack solutions
* Define priorities, timelines, and technical direction with PMs and stakeholders
* Build backend services with Python (FastAPI preferred)
* Develop serverless solutions using Azure Functions
* Integrate Generative AI into production applications
* Oversee ETL pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, LangChain)
* Review code, enforce standards, and mentor engineers
* Ensure security, data privacy, performance, and scalability
* Improve engineering processes, tooling, and CI/CD practices
What You Bring
* 7+ years of full-stack development experience, including a technical leadership role
* Strong Python expertise (async, DI, validation)
* Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices
* Frontend experience with TypeScript + React or Angular
* Solid Azure background (Functions, SQL, cloud deployments)
* Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes
* Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Nice to Have
* Hands-on GenAI / LLM integration
* Performance tuning and cloud security best practices
* Monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
