Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Quality Control Analyst specializing in eLIMS to join our team in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will be a key member of the eLIMS team, responsible for deploying eLIMS and iLabs solutions for NPI & PPQ projects. As the system SME, they will ensure the system and supporting processes are audit-ready, contribute during audits, investigations, RCPS, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve eLIMS support tickets efficiently.
* Participate actively in issue resolution processes.
* Represent the site on global teams focused on standardizing iLABs builds.
* Own quality investigations, CAPAs, and change controls as required.
* Consult on lab-based investigations using problem-solving and root cause analysis methodologies.
Qualifications / Requirements
* BSc in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field.
* At least 1 year of LM eLIMS user experience.
* Understanding of LM Separations, Bioassay, IP, & Micro labs functions.
* Experience participating as an SME in regulatory, customer, or internal audits.
* Strong problem-solving skills; experience with RCPS is advantageous.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
* Excellent communication and partner management skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Patient and customer-focused mindset.
