Offer description

CPL Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading global data and AI-driven company on a 12-month maternity leave cover Fixed Term Contract. This hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days working from home) offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities Required:

·Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.

·Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, direct outreach).

·Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and oversee PSL compliance.

·Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess cultural and technical fit.

·Champion diversity and inclusion across all recruitment activities.

·Maintain positive candidate relationships, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

·Provide weekly reporting and insights on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

·Optimise the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

·Collaborate with HR to align recruitment with broader talent management strategies.

·Support onboarding, ensuring new hires transition smoothly into the business.

·Stay informed on talent market trends and continuously identify process improvements.

Experience Required:

·4+ years' experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.

·Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, platforms, and recruitment tools.

·Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

·Proven track record of building pipelines and recruiting across technology, engineering, and data analytics roles.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment metrics to inform decisions.

·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

·Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

·Adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
