Job Description:

Production Equipment UC is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 90,000 products to customers domestically and across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Customer Support professional to support our private label brands division, provide frontline customer service to our distributor network, coordinate logistics for incoming stock and outgoing orders, drive brand growth, and support new business development.

The ideal candidate will maintain ongoing customer relationships, foster good internal relationships with relevant teams, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

1. Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
2. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
3. Process customer requests and inquiries promptly to ensure timely delivery.
4. Handle frontline customer inquiries via web, phone, and email.
5. Coordinate delivery and transport methods for shipments.
6. Monitor open orders and follow up with production and procurement teams to prevent delays.
7. Inform customers about product benefits and assist with technical queries.
8. Support business growth through sales maximization and up-selling.
9. Analyze sales data and new requests to maintain business continuity.
10. Assist marketing activities to enhance brand recognition and sales.
11. Coordinate with senior stakeholders on sales opportunities and strategies.


Skills & Experience

1. Experience in a customer-facing role.
2. Ability to identify customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
3. Confidence in discussing product benefits and technical features.
4. Experience with international shipments and dealing across multiple jurisdictions.
5. Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
6. Flexible and proactive attitude.
7. Open to new ideas and initiatives.
8. Technical or marketing background/qualification is advantageous.
9. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
