We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Successful candidates will gain a thorough knowledge of the workings of a life office by working in a dynamic environment handling queries and requests.Your RoleWorking within the Agency Administration Department, you will assist the team in delivering a high quality and effective service to our German distributorsHandling a wide variety of queries from German distributorsMonitoring the team mailbox and triaging requests in a timely mannerAssisting in achieving the overall objectives of the DepartmentAddressing queries arising from commission paymentsAssisting with the maintenance of German distributor recordsVetting new agencies, setting up records on the system and issuing documentationAssisting with the cancellation of German distributors & transfers of business between distributorsAssisting with the setup & maintenance of German web usersMonthly and Quarterly Ad-Hoc tasksProviding a world class service by maintaining and improving service levelsDealing with standard tasks within agreed service turn around timesYour Skills And ExperienceFluent German is essentialA relevant business degree and/or industry qualificationExperience in the Life and Pensions industry is preferable but not essentialExcellent knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel)CompetenciesExcellent analytical skillsAbility to prioritise urgent work for timely deliveryAccurate, with high attention to detailExcellent organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility in working hours to meet tight deadlinesAdditional InformationPrimary work location is Blackrock, Dublin.
