Job Title: Project Support - Procurement Administrator New
As a procurement administrator, you will be responsible for supporting projects within the pharma industry. This is a temporary position that may be extended slightly longer.
Main Responsibilities:

* Creating information on the new internal database

* Sourcing data within the business
">
* Data entry and updating records in SAP
">
* Update purchase orders and create purchase agreements
">
* Liaising with management and other divisions
">
* Creation of stock parts on the internal system
">
* Inventory control and stock taking
">
* Updating Excel databases
Requirements:
">
* At least 2 years' experience within administration
">
* Previous pharma, logistics or procurement background is ideal but not essential
">
* Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
">
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
