About the Role We are seeking a Boutique Supervisor to join our team. If you have a proven track record in supervising a high-performing team and are passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader, confidently coaching and mentoring the team to provide a personalised and engaging shopping experience. Prior experience with a leading brand or luxury retailer is preferred. If youre currently in a supervisory role and looking for a fresh challenge, wed love to hear from you Responsibilities Lead and support the in-store team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Supervise a team of Sales Consultants, reporting to the Business Manager. Provide daily coaching, motivation, and guidance to ensure high standards are met. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, engaging with customers and setting the example for the team. Identify and maximise sales opportunities while ensuring a premium shopping experience. Oversee the stores visual merchandising and product presentation. Assist in managing social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness. What Were Looking For A strong background in fashion retail, ideally from a luxury setting. Excellent communication skills and a warm, confident, and professional presence. A passion for high-quality products and a belief in long-lasting fashion. Experience managing or overseeing social media in a retail environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress is an advantage. What Ivory Boutique Can Offer You A flexible 4-day working week. No late nights, with only seasonal Sunday work required.
