We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Care Manager. This position will be based in Fermoy, Cork and will involve working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The ideal candidate will have a Nursing Degree or a Level 8 Degree in Social Care with CORU registration. They should also have a minimum three years managerial experience within the health sector and hold a recognised managerial qualification.
A strong leader, communicator and team player is required to ensure the highest quality standard of care is delivered to our service users. The successful candidate will also be responsible for empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their short- and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality person-centred care
* To develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
* To maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies
Requirements:
* Nursing Degree or Level 8 Degree in Social Care with CORU registration
* Minimum three years managerial experience within the health sector
* Recognised managerial qualification
* Strong leadership and communication skills
