Job Opportunity:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will join a leading construction company who are specialists in structural alterations, civil engineering, substructure, concrete works and builder's works.
Your key duties will include but are not limited to:
* Placing orders for materials, plant and equipment;
* Creation and management of purchase orders;
* Interfacing with site to book deliveries and yard to manage materials, plant and equipment;
* Vendor onboarding;
* Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers;
* Sourcing and procuring equipment;
* Assessing potential suppliers for quality;
* Supporting continuous improvements;
* Verifying and authorising supplier invoices;
* Supporting data analysis and reporting objectives of the procurement team.
