Job Title:
School Secretary

About the Role:
The School Secretary is a key member of our school team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and discretion to maintain a welcoming front office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reception and greet visitors
* Act as first point of contact for callers and handle inquiries
* Prepare rooms for meetings and events
* Draft correspondence, memos, and minutes
* Maintain student records and attendance lists
* Support enrolment and transfer processes
* Administer staff leave and contracts

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in office/secretarial work
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and ICT skills
* Commitment to confidentiality and CEIST ethos
