Job Description:
Vodafone seeks an experienced sales professional to develop and nurture strategic relationships within customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ICT and digital transformation, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
This role involves driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets through effective problem resolution and management, leading bid strategies for successful submissions, and developing a thorough understanding of the business drivers impacting customer industries.
The successful candidate will be a senior sales professional with 5+ years of experience in complex Tech, Telco, or FMCG/Consumer Goods sales roles. They will possess strong business acumen, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with peers to achieve quarterly forecasts.
