Overview
Fresenius Medical Care are delighted to announce the forthcoming opening of our brand new dialysis clinic in Ennis which is planned for Summer 2026. Set in surrounding scenic woodland, this spacious clinic will offer free parking, generous staff amenities and local transport links. Ennis clinic is likely to accommodate around 48 patients initially, with a maximum capacity of up to 80 patients, and will also comprise 20 haemodialysis stations.
We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Clinic Manager with demonstrable experience in a renal dialysis setting to join our team. You will initially be based at our Limerick clinic working cohesively with our Senior Clinic Manager, where you will receive ongoing mentorship support, supernumerary training, and the opportunity to work on our latest Fresenius 6008 haemodialysis machines.

What the role involves
In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multi-disciplinary approach to care, you will champion best practice in patient management and ensure that Clinic staff are recruited, supported and appraised appropriately. You will participate in budget planning, monitor supplies and maintain Quality Management Systems, and play an important role in ensuring the clinic is compliant with standards and performing effectively.
Responsibilities include supporting patient-centred care, coordinating services, and leading the clinic team under supervision of the Senior Clinic Manager.
Qualifications and experience
* NMBI Registered Nurse
* Significant post-registration haemodialysis experience
* Strong administrative, organisational and clinical skills
* Experience in managing others, counselling patients and understanding relevant regulatory standards (Care Quality Commission)
