 
        Hygiene Hub, the charity giving hygiene and personal care products to those who need them, is searching for volunteers to help tackle hygiene poverty in Cork.Hygiene Hub, which launched in December 2019, has ten hubs across the country and has distributed over 100,000kg to date to local communities through links with local organisations, supporting an estimated 15,000 people each month. The aim of Hygiene Hub is to alleviate the pressure of hygiene poverty felt by many across the country, when financial struggles means that food, rent and bills are prioritised over hygiene items.In Cork, Hygiene Hub partners with 22 organisations such as Cork Mental Health Association, Barnardos, and the Crann Centre, to provide hygiene, personal care and household cleaning items to those who may otherwise go without.We are looking for motivated people who could give1-3 hours a monthto assist in the collection and donation of hygiene items to local Community Partners.
