EHS Management Specialist
As a seasoned EHS professional, you will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the EHS team to achieve strategic objectives.
* Ensure alignment of EHS policies and procedures with business goals.
* Manage and coordinate the implementation of ISO standards, risk management, and business continuity planning.
* Develop and communicate EHS awareness campaigns and initiatives.
* Identify and mitigate high-risk activities and processes.
* Support project and maintenance shutdowns to ensure seamless execution.
* Conduct thorough root cause analyses for incidents and implement corrective actions.
* Coordinate internal and external reporting on safety and compliance matters.
* Proven experience in EHS leadership roles.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
* Able to foster a culture of continuous improvement and 'no blame'.
* Mentor and develop EHS teams.
* Promote best practices in Risk & Compliance.
* Nurture the culture of continuous improvement & 'no blame'.
