We are currently recruiting for a Stock & Kit Administrator to join our storeroom team in the Stores Department. This role supports stock supply to clients, assists with day‑to‑day duties and ad-hoc projects, and works across three sites.

Job Description
The main responsibilities for Stock & Kit Administrator are to support the stock supply to clients, assist in day‑to‑day duties, and carry out ad‑hoc projects within the Stores Department.
Specific tasks include:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant documentation (training record, SOPs, forms).
* Carry out stock‑related requests from supervisors, sales team or clients – including supplies orders and kit creation.
* Assist with administrative duties, including monthly and weekly stock takes across all three sites and restocking.
* Assist with transport of stock between the three sites.
* Prepare supply orders for clients comprising medical and stationary components.
* Assemble home testing kit orders received in the supplies inbox.
* Ensure kits and stock dispatched to clients have adequate expiry dates.
* Ensure any casual kit assemblers are trained for kit assembly.
* Act as liaison between the company and clients regarding requirements and business issues.
* Document all inbound and outbound communication with clients.
* Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications
Education
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Experience
* 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
Licences / Certifications
* Full clean valid driving licence.
