About the Role:
We are seeking a senior technical architect to own the end-to-end architecture of our Veeva Commercial Vault CRM application. The successful candidate will design, implement, and oversee the Veeva platform (including Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault/Vault CRM) to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
The role involves supporting commercial, medical, and sales operations across multiple regions globally. Key responsibilities include:
* Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of the Veeva Vault CRM solution.
* Solution Design: Define high-level architecture and detailed solution designs balancing out-of-the-box functionality with custom development.
* Technical Oversight: Guide technical teams; act as main point of contact for CRM solutions ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
