This is a great opportunity for a candidate to be part of a dynamic and growing business. The role will focus on the deal booking process across our main portfolios, which include Agri, C&I, Technology Solutions, and Healthcare. All these portfolios expect a premium level of service and fast turnaround times for payout.
The candidate should be comfortable with financial calculations, Excel, and have a basic understanding of core products such as Hire Purchase, Operating Lease, and Finance Lease.
The Operations team is multi-functional, and the candidate will be required to switch between the Payouts and Customer Service teams as needed based on seasonal demand.
The payouts role is gatekeeping, requiring a focused, detail-oriented, and right-first-time approach.
The Customer Service role involves managing our diverse customer base and internal stakeholder requests. This fast-paced team handles over 350 queries per month, ranging from quick balance checks to complex contract issues and end-of-lease management.
The candidate must meet the Central Bank of Ireland’s minimum competency requirements, which includes obtaining a qualification as either an Accredited Product Advisor (Loan and Consumer Credit) or a Qualified Financial Advisor.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Final checks on deals before payout/activation.
* Reviewing contracts, legal agreements, and invoices for accuracy.
* Validating system inputs, including financials, rental schedules, subsidies, commissions, margins, product codes, and customer data.
* Ensuring Residual Values are correctly booked according to end-of-lease requirements.
* Completing finance checklists and ensuring payout details are correct.
* Activating and processing 8-10 contracts daily, aiming for same-day payout within cut-off times.
* Updating daily stats for pipeline management.
* Activating/payout within discretion with a right-first-time approach.
* Handling various tasks from customer queries to complex restructures and end-of-lease processes within SLA.
* Supporting internal stakeholders with complex contract and payment queries.
* Performing ad hoc administrative tasks.
