We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Business Analyst to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between manufacturing operations and digital systems within highly regulated MedTech and Pharma environments.
Job Description
1. Act as a liaison between plant teams and offshore engineering partners to drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
2. Lead shop-floor discovery across CNC machining, CMM inspection, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), QMS (Quality Management System), and related manufacturing systems.
3. Analyze machine data from CNC machining centers, CMM inspection machines, MES systems MTConnect logs to identify opportunities for improvement using Industry 4.0 technologies such as predictive analytics models MLOps dashboards change readiness reviews vendor partnerships artificial intelligence tools cloud hybrid on-premises deployments support lifecycle maintenance update training validation ensure regulatory requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part ISO Qualification Requirements A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline business administration computer science engineering lean six sigma agile methodologies certifications industry four o be an advantage
