This organisation delivers high-value design-and-build projects across Europe, specialising in advanced manufacturing, logistics, food, pharma, and data centre environments.As anMEP Estimator, you will play a key role in producing accurate, competitive estimates for complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This is an excellent opportunity to influence major projects at pre-construction stage while working alongside industry-leading engineering and delivery teams.Your Responsibilities:Review and analyse MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.Prepare detailed cost estimates covering HVAC, power, lighting, fire protection, water systems, drainage, and BMS.Assess labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor quotations to determine total project cost.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, evaluating proposals for completeness and compliance.Contribute to bid reviews, value engineering discussions, and tender handovers.About You:Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.5+ years' experience as an MEP Estimator within a contractor or building services environment.Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and estimation software (e.g., ConEst, Trimble, CostX).Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.Familiarity with BIM, digital take-off tools, and local building codes is an advantage.You'll be joining a company recognised for its collaborative culture, high-performance engineering standards, and commitment to delivering world-class projects.
