The role is based across multiple sites inDublin and surrounding areas.Responsibilities:Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance of customer plant and equipment to optimise performance.Ensure real time repair of plant and equipment within optimum time frame.Report all faults, damages, and mechanical defaults to the technical department.Ensure any plant unsafe to use is taken out of service and the appropriate department notified.Accurately record all checks as required on Planned Preventative Maintenance.Document accurately all works carried out and materials used.Perform all Pre-Start, hygiene, and safety checks as necessary.Adhere to company safety policies at all times.Any other duties that are deemed necessary.Experience:Must be fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in Ireland.Excellent communication and customer care skills.Fully QualifiedThree plus years' experience (post apprenticeship in a Plumbing role within the FM industry, experience serving gas & oil boilers (both Domestic & Commercial)RGI RegisteredSafe Pass.Manual Handling.Benefits:Company Van, Toll Card, and Fuel CardCompany mobile phoneOn Call AllowanceEmployee Assistance ProgrammePensionLife InsuranceIncome ProtectionJob Type:Full-timeJob Location:Multiple Sites across Dublin and surrounding areas
