Site ManagerGlenman Corporation Ltd. is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Wexford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an office fit-out project in Wexford. This role is offered on an initial six-month contract, with a view to extension for the right candidate.RequirementsThird Level Degree in Engineering/ Construction ManagementCandidates must have a minimum five years' experience in a site management roleExperience in commercial/fitout projects is an advantageProgramme the works and maintain the programme on siteCoordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractorsLiaise with clients, the design team and inspectors as requiredMaintain accurate records of site activities, including reports, site diaries, and safety documentationEnsure that quality standards and specifications are met.Good knowledge of Health and Safety, Building RegulationsRemunerationAn attractive remuneration package, in line with the candidate's experience, will be offered to the right candidate.
