You'll oversee risk assessments, support incident investigations, maintain full compliance, and ensure all policies and procedures are kept up to date.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners where needed.
Key Responsibilities Identify, assess, and mitigate health & safety risks across the site Support the delivery of site and group H&S objectives Lead/assist incident investigations and develop corrective actions Keep all H&S documentation and regulatory requirements fully up to date Ensure compliance through audits, inspections and follow-up actions Monitor and verify adherence to safety standards and procedures Report on H&S metrics, trends and incidents to the wider organisation Support the rollout of long-term H&S improvement plans What You'll Bring Higher Diploma (Level 7/8) or Degree Chartered IOSH membership (or equivalent) Ready for the Next Step?
