Chief of Staff - Leading Fintech
Our client a fast growing and dynamic Fintech is looking for a equally dynamic Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and the Business.
In this very strategic and pivotal role you will act as a key agent of change for the CEO, helping to drive company priorities, ensure execution of strategic initiatives, and optimise the CEO's impact both internally and externally.
You will play a critical part in implementing strategy and supporting executive decision-making.
As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with teams across the organization including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Data & Analytics, Product, Operations and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Management
Lead cross-functional CEO-led initiatives from concept through execution.
Ensure alignment of CEO priorities with organizational objectives.
Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring coordination and communication.
Drive accountability by tracking action items and ensuring timely execution by key stakeholders
Executive Communications & Content Creation
Act as first line to review and refine documents, board papers, investor decks, executive papers and memos intended for the CEO.
Prepare high-quality presentations for CEO-led events including town halls, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Support speech writing and narrative development for public speaking engagements and media appearances.
Research and prepare briefing materials for CEO media engagements (TV, radio, podcasts).
Draft key messages and Q&A documents to ensure consistency of message and media readiness.
Investor & Partner Engagement
Develop briefing materials and talking points for meetings with prospective investors (VCs, private equity, strategic), banking partners, and prospective enterprise clients.
Ensure follow-ups and action items from external meetings are tracked and executed promptly.
What We're Looking For
Background as a strategic consultant with 5-8 yrs experience
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and present it clearly to non-financial stakeholders, financial and data literacy
Exceptional communication and writing skills and comfortable drafting documents and presentations for C-level audiences.
Very adaptable, curious, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
