JA1338 - Full Time/Part-Time InstructorsLocation – Ballygawley, Co TyroneType – Full or Part-timeSalary - £12- £15/hour DOEOverview:We are currently recruiting for both part-time and full-time Instructors to join our clients adventure business. The successful Instructors will be responsible for leading our activities whilst ensuring the safety of customers, ensuring the centre is kept to a high standard and working as part of the team to ensure all customers have a fantastic experience.While no formal qualifications are necessary, they would be advantageous. Full Training in all activities will be given.Key Responsibilities:Instructing visitors on the safe use of equipment and vehiclesPreparation of equipment and areas for instructionPreparation of team room, vehicles, and other equipment for use by visitorsChecking and maintaining equipment with high regard for safetyCleaning up equipment and vehicles after groups have leftEntertaining customers and ensuring they have an excellent experienceMoving quickly from one activity to another in accordance with fluctuating timetablesOther ADHOC duties as requiredPrimary Activities:4 x 4 Off Road DrivingOff Road Truck RunClay Pigeon ShootingRifle Range ShootingArcheryHigh RopesClimbing WallPaintballHours of Work: Full-time hours – 35-hour week including weekends (By negotiation and timetabled)Part-time hours - primarily weekendsSeasonally-based work – increased hours available during Christmas event, summer break etc.Essential Criteria:An outgoing and confident personalityHigh level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsAttention to detailProven time-keeping abilityDesirable Criteria:Experience in tutoringExperience of outdoor activitiesDriving LicenceAdditional: While no formal qualifications are necessary, they would be advantageous.
