This is what you will doThe Coordinator will support the Director and Team Medical Affairs Hem & Neph. He/She handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature and must function efficiently and reliably in a fast-paced professional environment. He/She will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communication from external and internal sources. Organization and maintenance of administrative processes is essential to this position.You will be responsible forProvide full administrative support to the Director and Team Medical Affairs Hem & Neph Manage medical events incl. coordination of event agenciesMaintain the schedule of Medical Department and staff business tripsOrganize medical meetings as well as preparation of travel arrangementsCoordinate the distribution of contracts and check invoices, payment and delivery of agreed return service, ensure adherence to relevant SOPs (PRF, new Vendor) and compliance rulesLiaise with other departments and their staff to coordinate activities and meetingsSupports the onboarding of new Medical Affairs Hem & Neph employees including coordination of trainingsManagement of business partners communication, event and translation agenciesResponsible for budget administrationYou will need to have:Commercial degree or equivalent is preferredAt least 2 years’ experience as coordinator/ assistantExcellent written and oral communication skills in GermanBusiness EnglishExcellent computer skills (MS Office)Highly service oriented, able to handle multiple and changing prioritiesFlexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditionsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailSense of ethics and responsibilityHighly motivated and pro-activeWe would prefer you to have:Experience in Life Science / pharmaceutical industryFlexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditionsAbility to work proactively and innovativelyAstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
