This temporary role provides administrative and document support to a team of legal professionals in global law firm environment. The position involves preparing legal documents, coordinating workflow, and supporting fee earners with a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming calls, take messages, and handle general communicationPrepare, format, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and presentationsMaintain organised electronic and physical filing systemsAssist with diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logisticsSupport time entry processes and update internal records as requiredArrange travel and process expense claimsCoordinate with internal support teams for printing, scanning, document production, couriers, and office servicesConduct basic research and assist with data entryProvide occasional support to reception (e.g., greeting clients, answering calls)Ensure clear handover notes and maintain consistent service in the event of team absencesCarry out any additional administrative duties necessary to support the legal teamSkills & ExperiencePrior experience in a legal support or administrative role (law firm experience advantageous)Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFast, accurate typing and strong document formatting skillsTeam-focused, adaptable, and able to learn new systems quicklyRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
