This involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel, including bedrooms and public spaces. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience of working in a similar environment and knowledge of front desk operating systems would be beneficial.
