Role Summary We are working on behalf of our client to find an organised and friendly Reception / Office Administrator to join our busy plumbing office. This is a key front-of-house role, managing the day-to-day reception function while also supporting office administration and accurate data entry. The successful candidate will be confident handling a high volume of calls and will provide a professional, helpful service to both customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Reception & Customer ServiceAnswer and route incoming calls in a professional and efficient mannerWelcome visitors and manage reception dutiesTake accurate messages and ensure timely follow-upProvide general information and support to customers and suppliers Office Administration & Data EntryMaintain accurate records and enter data using internal systems/spreadsheetsSupport the team with general admin tasks (filing, scanning, documentation, email correspondence)Assist with ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliersHelp manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries Skills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a busy reception or office administration roleStrong telephone manner with experience dealing with suppliers and customers/clientsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable with data entry and working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressureA team player with a professional and positive attitude.
