Key responsibilities include leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts, managing operational efficiency, ensuring cost control and top-tier service, fostering efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership, and ensuring excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations.
This role requires excellent communication, leadership, customer service, organisation, and time management skills. A passion for team development and mentorship is also essential, as well as the ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
Additional requirements include a 3-year general management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment, flexible working hours including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, and computer literacy.
