The Role:
* Advise on a broad range of
general corporate lending transactions
* Work on
real estate finance
,
development finance
,
acquisition finance
, and
asset-based lending
matters
* Act for both lenders and borrowers across domestic and cross-border transactions
* Draft, review, and negotiate loan and security documentation
* Work closely with partners and clients, taking real ownership of matters
* Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the finance practice
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor (Ireland or England & Wales) at
Associate or Senior Associate level (1 to 7 PQE)
* Experience in banking & finance or general corporate lending gained in a reputable law firm
* Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to client advice
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships
* Team-oriented, ambitious, and keen to grow with a progressive firm
